Precision forging production line
Precision forging production line makes it possible for minimal to no processing for the forgings to meet the requirements after the forged components are shaped.
Friction screw press
The friction screw press is available for a series of proceeding work covering die forging, upset forging, bending, correction, coining, etc, which has efficient production and precise size with the coupled use of the forging press.
Now, there are four sets of closed-die forging presses with their weight covering 630t, 1000t, 1600t, 2500t here at our company to meet each client's specific needs.
The double disc friction screw press is an ordinary friction press for forging, extrusion, cutting and bending, mainly applying the friction plate and transmitting power through flying wheel.
Heat treatment furnace
Our heat treatment furnace is designed to give heat treatment to various forgings to meet their mechanical performance. The heat treatment furnace with various types is available in hardening, tempering, annealing and normalizing.
Shot blasting machine
The shot blasting machine is used for cleaning (cleaning sand stick and oxide skin on the drop forging surface) drop forging surface and improving its performance. It is mainly used for simple structured drop forging, especially for increasing toughness or mechanical performance of the forgings, while sand blasting is often used for cleaning forgings with complex structure.
Punching machines are designed for cutting and trimming, in which, when the metal bar is forged by forging press, there will be a trimming around the forging blanks and the die cutting machine will be available in cutting and trimming one by one within a short period of time.
Pneumatic forging hammer
A pneumatic forging hammer is a kind of open die forging, which has been widely applied for the production of small forgings. In this process, the basic geometry shape of the product will form after an open die forging, then, after a hammering process, the product will feature an improved internal structure (mechanical performance).
JianXin is able to provide a series of processing services to achieve a more accurate tolerance, thus ensuring the precision of these semi-products (metal blank) within ±0.01mm.
CNC machining center
The CNC machining center is used for processing forged components, and it is made up of horizontal and vertical lathes and the former is most frequently used to meet machining tolerance at IT8-IT7 and surface finishing at Ra1.6μm. The lathes can also be divided into three types as 3-axis CNC lathe, 4-axis CNC lathe and 5-axis CNC lathe, of which, the 3-axis CNC lathe is most frequently used for complex forgings processing. The CNC machining has low efficient, suitable for small and mass production.
Planers are machine tools designed to produce planes and flat surfaces on a workpieces in small quantities, for more quantities, we can choose a milling machine. Surface milling machines are able to mill horizontal, vertical or beveled surfaces, curved, stepped surfaces, T-slot grooves, V-shaped grooves as well as holes and gears with the tolerance within IT8-IT7 and the surface roughness within Ra1.6〜6.3μm, with the double-sided planer reaching within Ra0.4〜0.8μm
Drilling machines are used for making holes with a drill, often used for reaming, hole enlarging, drilling etc, while the hole boring machine is a processing equipment for larger product size and precision, perfect for a further hole drilling of forgings.
