Our forgings are made through open die forging or precision forging, in which cost-effective molds make the processes the best choice for small-scale production. Any other auxiliary processing including heat treating, machining, surface coating and the other processing are all available here as well.

We use open die forging for manufacturing forged steel. After a heating process, the steel will achieve a final shape or size of forged components and will be placed in the lower die, with the shape of the forgings incorporated in the top or bottom die as a negative image.
Advantages of open die forging
1. High tensile strength: When producing metal forgings, the metal can be worked twice under huge pressure: first in the steel bar extrusion/drawing or rolling process, second in the closed-die forgings, in which, the tensile strength, shock resistance and abrasive resistance of the forged metal parts are optimized.
2. Leakage-proof: The metal forgings feature a seamless, non-porous design, avoiding any leakage of defaults and gaps. The thinner designed metal forgings are more lightweight and cost-effective compared to other forging methods.
3. Close-tolerance: The metal forgings customized with close-tolerance steel mold feature multiple advantages: Size of the integral parts have a smaller than those produced with sand casting. The precision design of the mold is free from moulage or convex surfacing, which are not available in the other forgings.
4. Low cost: Manufacturing of large amount of steel forgings is often used for minimizing the cost. As mentioned above, the metal forgings feature excellent performance in leakage-proof, close tolerance, high tensile strength, low weight and an asymmetrical design in shape.
The steel forgings have a smooth surface, perfect for coating of chromium or nickel, as well as various coating options and anodization.
